Research and a broad think tank
At the beginning of each project we conduct a research process in order to check the feasibility and sustainability of the project.
The research includes a search for similar products on the Internet, a preliminary examination of feasibility and technologies, raw materials, production technologies, costs, and the like.
For the research work, the entire studio team is mobilized in order to expand the boundaries of the project.
Sketches and conceptual development
The work of developing the concept is also the property of the entire studio. We devote a lot of time and thought to conceptual development and formation and believe that every good product starts with choosing a suitable concept.
The concept development process is accompanied by 2D and 3D sketches to check its compatibility with the product and the concept's ability to lead the design process.
Building models experiment and examination
Studio Sandbox consists of a design office and a spacious workshop that includes production capabilities and building models in many production technologies 136bad5cf58d_ From woodworking, metalworking, machining, CNC, laser cutting and other means.
During the product development process in the studio, we physically examine prototypes, develop mechanisms, test proportions, match materials, and the like.
The workshop enables the production of products in small series.
TIBM
The process of moving from manual sketches or feasibility models to a converged product to detailed planning using 3D software. During the planning of the products, we take into account limitations and ergonomic adjustment for the user, planning based on an Israeli or European standard, the adaptation of the products to production technologies, raw materials, costs and shipping.
At the end of the planning process, we produce detailed production files that allow the customer to choose suppliers that meet the manufacturer's requirements, and also, in accordance with the customers' needs, we produce product files for the Standards Institute (MATI) to approve the products and obtain a standard for them.
Simulations
With the help of the detailed planning files, we produce high-quality 3D simulations according to the customer's needs.
